Pope Calls on Jesuits to Teach Discernment
America Magazine
The Vatican did not publish details of the pope's meeting July 30 with the Jesuits, but—with Pope Francis' explicit approval—a transcript of his remarks ...

Hitler was a willing stooge of the papacy. He is certainly complicit in it all but it wasn't anywhere near just his doing. Many moves were made to put Hitler into power. It was a huge coordination of many powerful individuals in Germany, Rome and around the world. The holocaust was another Catholic inquisition. The Reichskonkordat only made provisions for Jews who had converted to Catholicism. In essence it was identical to the Spanish Inquisition. Convert to Catholicism or die.

The Target boycott is costing more than anyone expected

A boycott against Target over its bathroom policy is costing the retailer more than anyone expected.

The boycott started back in April after Target announced that it would welcome transgender customers to use any bathroom or fitting room that matched their gender identity.

The announcement triggered an immediate backlash. Critics said the policy opened the door for sexual predators to victimize women and children inside the retailer's bathrooms , and more than 1.4 million people signed a pledge to stop shopping at Target unless it reversed the policy.

But Target didn't back down.

Now shopper traffic is declining for the first time in years and the company is installing single-occupancy bathrooms in all of its stores to give critics of the policy more privacy . The new bathrooms — which already exist in a majority of Target stores — are costing Target $20 million to install, Fortune reports.

The company revealed its traffic declines last week when it reported second-quarter earnings.

Target's same-store transactions, which is how traffic is measured, fell 2.2% in the second quarter. Overall sales fell 7.2% to $16.2 billion.

"In the second quarter, our number one challenge was traffic, which affected sales in all of our merchandise categories," Target CEO Brian Cornell said last week on a call with analysts.

Cathy Smith, the company's chief financial officer, added: "Traffic performance showed a meaningful change from prior trend. I want to pause and make it clear that we are not satisfied with our second quarter traffic and sales performance."

In the past, even the most widespread calls for company boycotts have tended to blow over within a matter of weeks to months.

Chick-fil-A, for example, faced a nationwide boycott in 2012 after Dan Cathy, the son of the late Chick-fil-A founder S. Truett Cathy, set off a fury among gay-rights supporters when he told the Baptist Press that the company was "guilty as charged" for backing "the biblical definition of a family." Following Cathy's remarks, reports emerged detailing Chick-fil-A's many charitable donations to anti-gay-marriage organizations .

Despite the backlash, Chick-fil-A's sales soared 14% in 2012 .

Investors seem unsure of the long-term impact of the boycott on Target's sales, however.

The retailer's stock is down 1% since the start of the year.

#BillyGraham Billy Graham, The founder of Christianity Today Magazine:

"During April 1989, a secret, thirteen page letter written on April 15, 1969 by White House Chaplain Billy Graham to U.S. President Richard Nixon was released to the public by National Archives and Records Administration in which Graham had encouraged Nixon to utilize a military campaign to bomb dikes across North Vietnam should the Paris Peace Talks fail to reach a negotiated settlement of the U.S. war in Southeast Asia. Graham developed his dike bombing strategy during an earlier business meeting in Bangkok with his evangelists assigned to Southern Vietnam. Graham would later advocate to Nixon that this proposed escalation of the war in Southeast Asia as plan that "could overnight destroy the economy of North Vietnam" by employing "tens of thousands of North Vietnamese defectors to bomb and invade the North."

Estimates from the Nixon administration concluded that such a military aerial bombing campaign against dikes in North Vietnam would have killed an estimated one million North Vietnamese."

Burial plot at Manhattan’s Old St. Patrick’s Cathedral on the market for $7 million

The Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in SoHo is opening up its 200-year-old underground crypt to the public for the first time. Photo by: Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral / Facebook

For sale: You’ll love this family-friendly, long-term Manhattan residence, in a prime Soho location, with neighbors as quiet as the grave.

Housing up to six people, the $7 million price tag may seem steep but considering the rare opportunity to spend the rest of eternity in Manhattan, and that this is the first time space has opened up in this location since the early 20th century, it’s a once in a lifetime offer.

And to put the final nail in the coffin of the deal, you’ll be living it up with the likes of Tammany Hall leader and congressman from New York John Kelly, and John Connolly, the first bishop of New York.

The Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in SoHo is opening its 200-year-old underground crypt, hidden beneath the floorboards of the Mulberry Street church, to the public for the first time.

The only Catholic burial ground in Manhattan is one of of the few places left on the island where you can be buried. If you have a bit of spare cash a vault for six-people has come on the market.

“We thought it would be better served if a Catholic family who wanted to be buried in New York had a place to go,” crypt keeper Frank Alfieri, director of the basilica’s cemetery and columbaria, told the New York Post.

Facebook deactivation during fatal police standoff alarms civil rights, consumer activists

A national coalition of community activists is demanding that Facebook disclose information about its compliance with a law enforcement request to remove videos of a standoff recorded by a woman who was killed by Baltimore County police officers this month.

Korryn Gaines

During the Aug. 1 standoff in her Randallstown apartment, Korryn Gaines began posting videos of the encounter to Facebook — where friends and followers urged her not to comply with officers’ demands. Police eventually shot her as she cradled her 5-year-old son in one arm and a shotgun in the other.

At the request of the Baltimore County Police Department, Facebook deactivated the 23-year-old woman’s account to take down the videos posted during the five-hour ordeal.

“Facebook broadcasting is one of the most powerful tools in the world for documenting police brutality and raising awareness of the scale and systemic nature of police misconduct,” a coalition of 41 civil rights and consumer advocacy organizations wrote this week in a letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg. “If your company agrees to censor people’s accounts at the request of police — thereby allowing the police to control what the public sees on Facebook — then it is part of the problem.”

Baltimore County police officials said they filed a request with Facebook for exigency deactivation of Gaines’ account as the standoff unfolded “because of a barricade situation involving an armed subject with a child.”

Gaines’ son was shot in the arm during the standoff.

“Gaines was posting video of the operation, and followers were encouraging her not to comply with negotiators’ requests that she surrender peacefully,” police said in a statement issued after the standoff. “This was a serious concern; successful negotiations often depend on the negotiators’ ability to converse directly with the subject, without interference or distraction during extremely volatile conditions.”

The Baltimore County Police Department indicated that Gaines’ social media accounts were not deleted but that the posts were preserved as evidence.

But to activists, the deactivation of the account in the midst of the unfolding event was akin to “shielding police misbehavior from public scrutiny and stifling free speech,” said Nicole Carty, a spokeswoman for SumOfUs, a global consumer watchdog group.

From July 2015 to December, Facebook received 855 law enforcement requests for emergency disclosures or disclosures without delay because of a risk of serious physical harm or death, according to information that the social network makes public as part of its regular disclosure of requests. Those requests targeted 1,223 accounts and were approved about 73 percent of the time.

The number of emergency disclosure requests — as well as the percentage approved by Facebook — has increased gradually since the company began providing the disclosures in 2013.

Activists asked Facebook to clarify its position on collaboration with law enforcement to censor users’ data and videos and to explain the exact actions it took to shut down and restore Gaines’ account.

Facebook officials did not respond Tuesday to requests for comment about the request.

Activists credit social media with supplying protesters, including those associated with Black Lives Matter, with an uncensored platform to disperse their messages and document police action.

“But when companies like Facebook compromise the integrity of such platforms, they are burying our community’s stories and potentially participating in police cover-ups that perpetuate this cycle of violence,” said Rashad Robinson, executive director of Color of Change. “If Facebook truly believes that black lives matter, it should stop censoring users at the request of police.”

An Open Letter to Pope Francis

Your Holiness: As a double victim of Balkan genocide, I write this Open Letter to appeal to your humanitarian nature exhibited in recent public appearances.

Ustasa militia execute prisoners near the Jasenovac concentration camp.Ustasa militia execute prisoners near the Jasenovac concentration camp.

In 1942, in the village of Vojnic, Croatia where my father was born, 99 Serbians were locked inside their church and burned to the ground by Nazi Croatians and their Catholic priests—17 of those victims were my relatives.

In 1995, during “Operation Storm” in Croatia when 230,000 Serbs were ethnically cleansed, the last 5 relatives of my name were too old and too sick to flee, I was notified a month later by the Red Cross that they were found with their throats slit. I have spent a lifetime of sorrow inflicted on me by the Catholic priesthood— thousands of victims like me deserve justice, not 16 years of legal obstruction.

In 1995, President Franjo Tudjman of Croatia bulldozed that Serbian church site in Vojnic along with the Jasenovac Concentration Camp and adjoining museum to erase from this earth the evidence of the brutal killing of over 700,000 Serbs, 40,000 Jews, 60,000 Roma and 90,000 Serbian children under the age of ten. This makes today’s homosexual crimes of your priesthood pale in comparison.

In 1944 the word “Genocide” was coined, the following chilling words were spoken in testimony by Antun Miletich, a Croatian Jasenovac survivor: “There is not a pen capable of describing the horror and terror of the atmosphere at Jasenovac. It surpasses any human fantasy. Imagine Hell, the Inquisition, a terror more dreadful than any that ever before existed anywhere, run by bloodthirsty wild animals whose most hidden and disgusting instincts had come to the surface in a way never before seen in human beings—and still you have not said enough.”

The bodies of prisoners executed by the Ustasa in Jasenovac. The bodies of prisoners executed by the Ustasa in Jasenovac.

After WWII, Croatian President Ante Pavelic, fled through Fr. Krunoslav Draganovic’s “Vatican Ratline,” the escape route for 430 Catholic priests who fled to Argentina—priests whose hands were covered in the blood of their Serbian victims. Ante Pavelic became the “security advisor” to Juan Peron who issued 34,000 visas to Croatian war criminals. Your Holiness grew up in Argentina and you became a priest in the 1950s when these war criminals flooded Argentina and were embraced by Juan Peron, his wife Evita and others in elite Catholic Church circles who protected and defended these war criminals from the clutches of the Nuremberg Tribunal, or from any prosecutions.

“Hope lives when people remember,” are the powerful words of Nazi hunter, Simon Wiesenthal that are prominently displayed at the Holocaust Museum in Beverly Hills, California. Serbian Orthodox Christians will surely find it hopeless that the Vatican has managed to bury their war crimes along with their victims. For 70 years the Vatican has hid the evidence of your Genocide and forbade historians access to Vatican wartime archives.

History will prove your deceptions a betrayal of Jesus Christ and his commandment, Thou Shalt Not Kill (Exodus 20:13).

I remind your Holiness of the powerful words of Avro Manhattan, a fellow Catholic in his 1965 book, Vatican Imperialism in the 20th Century. “The lessons we have learned from the emergence of the independent State of Croatia, where the religious and political totalitarianism of Catholicism was not only made to work, but put to death more than one million Serbian Orthodox Christians, should never be forgotten. For it happened in our times, when the Catholic church—then, as now, posing as a victim of religious intolerance—was clamoring for freedom, while at the same time suppressing that same freedom for which she was vociferating so loudly in a tiny state where she had set up her kind of freedom, Catholic freedom: i.e. freedom for herself to eliminate whatever and whoever dared to resist her embrace.”

1941, Fr. Ivan Raguz yelled from a Croatian Catholic pulpit: “Kill all Serbs and Jews, including children, so that not even the seeds of the beasts are left.” Therein we clearly see the foundation, the pretext and the horror of Jasenovac.

The srbosjek ('Serb cutter'), a special knife worn over the hand that was used by the Ustaše for the quick slaughter of inmates, notably in the Jasenovac concentration camp in the Nazi puppet Independent State of Croatia. The srbosjek (“Serb cutter”), a special knife worn over the hand that was used by the Ustaše for the quick slaughter of inmates, notably in the Jasenovac concentration camp in the Nazi puppet Independent State of Croatia.

As a double victim of genocide at the hands of Catholic priests and their Nazi minions, I realized by 1998 that I would never receive justice for the deaths of my family and relatives or justice for any of the tens of thousands of victims your priesthood created. I therefore became the first Plaintiff in a class action lawsuit against the Vatican Bank and Dr. Jon Levy, my attorney, has been in contact with Cardinal Pell. Who, like other Vatican contacts has proven feckless.

Dr. Levy has uncovered a Vatican Bank connection to looted assets not only from Serbia, but also from Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Ukraine. Dr. Levy has numerous irrefutable documents that attest to the Vatican money laundering of the spoils of the Holocaust. The Vatican Bank was involved in the conspiracy in moving these highly secreted funds from the Vatican Bank to Swiss Banks who moved the funds controlled by Ante Pavelic to banks in Argentina. Today, those funds represent several billion dollars, not including the outrageous religious art theft during WWII in the Balkans. In the mid 1970s the Vatican returned to the Serbian Orthodox Patriarchate a number of priceless manuscripts and centuries-old icons stolen from destroyed Serbian churches in Croatian—clear evidence the Vatican was a partner in these crimes.

The statute of Limitations never expires on murder. The Vatican has insultingly pretended that the statute does not apply to the priesthood, an unholy concept considering the murder of over one million victims in former Yugoslavia was perpetrated by ordained Roman Catholic priests.

After 70 years of Vatican secrecy I have been driven to resort to this Open Letter in order to gain your attention and to exposure the contempt the Vatican has shown to my legal council. I am therefore again making public these crimes against humanity and demanding that the Vatican Bank finally make restitution.

Your Holiness, if your compassion is indeed sincere, then I ask that you go beyond your public commitment in resolving the problems of homosexuality in your priesthood and that you guarantee you will open Vatican archives from WWII and that you make every effort that Cardinal Pell and the Vatican Bank begin dealing with my attorney on an honest level. Compensate the thousands of victims and provided the survivors with a public apology and beg our forgiveness. The Vatican and its Bank are not above the laws of man or the laws of the church and your unholy silence is sinful.

It is time for criminal Catholics to confess and Repent!

Considering the dissemination of this Open Letter is going to the general public who will have no historical context of the depth of these Vatican war crimes, I am including a brief example of the 430 Roman Catholic priests in Croatia who committed these hideous crimes with their own hands then fled through the “Vatican Ratline” for Argentina where they escaped justice.

God have mercy.

I look forward to your response,

Very truly yours,

William Dorich, Publisher/Author

ENC: Jasenovac Then & Now: A Conspiracy of Silence

Catholic bishop of Djakovo. Decorated by Fascist Ante Pavelic. Used terror to force several thousand Orthodox Serbs to convert to Catholicism. Took over the Serbian Orthodox churches in his jurisdictional area and ordered them destroyed such as the Serbian churches in Bracevci, Poucje, Depsin, Tenje, Dalj, Kucanci, Budimci, Poganovci, Borovo Selo, Trpinje, Pacetin, Cepin, Trnjani, Klokocevik, and Topolje. He followed the directives in the testament “The Return to the Faith of our Fathers,” written and published by St. Jeronimo in Zagreb, which was under the direct control of Archbishop Stepinac.

Catholic priest in Bosanski Novi, where he organized a concentration camp for Serbians and made himself the commander. Serbs were arrested and slaughtered in this camp on his orders. He insisted that he was doing what Archbishop Stepinac wanted and expected of him. For his work on behalf of the “Croatian cause,” Fascist Ante Pavelic decorated him.

Catholic priest who personally killed inmates at Jasenovac. He committed all of his murders with a small knife attached to his wrist that he liked to show to his victims before killing them. He carried this knife with him at all times, even when holding mass for Croat soldiers. Fascist Ante Pavelic decorated him.

Catholic priest in Divusa. Organized bands of killers and sent them to various Serbian villages to slaughter the men, women, and children. He instructed them specifically not to spare women and children. After the killings, he absolved all of the murderers of their sins. He was an extreme sadist. He would arrest Serbs, locking them inside his stable where he tortured them for hours before killing them. He announced from the church pulpit that the Serbian question in Croatia could only be solved with the“steel broom” (the gun). In his journal, he noted that on April 14, 1941 (four days after the establishment of the Independent State of Croatia) he ask for instructions from Archbishop Stepinac and continued in his journal: “I met with the leaders of all the surrounding parishes, and we agreed what we needed to do.” The following day he arrested a number of Serbian women, forced them to undress and ride naked on horses through the Croatian villages in his area. He then slaughtered them.

Catholic priest in Opuzen. Called on all Croats in his church sermons to begin digging Serbian graves. He organized groups of killers that went with him through the Serbian villages in his jurisdiction, killing the Serbs they found there and pillaging their properties. He killed the children by beheading them with a bayonet. He personally slaughtered 450 men, women, and children. Together with Fra Dr. Bilobrk, he committed great massacres of Serbs on June 28, 1941, Vidovdan—a religious national Serbian holiday.

Catholic priest in Prijedor. Special representative of His Holiness, the Pope. Personally participated in the mass killings of Serbs, including women and children. Preferred killing Serbs to expelling them. He insisted that they could, conceivably return some day to their homes. He personally arrested Serbian Orthodox priests in the area, tortured them, dismembered them, and murdered them. Fascist Ante Pavelic decorated him.

Catholic priest and chief-editor of the Catholic magazine “Katolicki Tjednik,” through which he promoted an unrelenting hatred toward the Serbs. In his writings, he insisted that Croatia could not be cleansed of Serbs in a “nice way” and added: “Pope Gregory VII didn’t clean up the Catholic Church in some nice way, but with force.”

Catholic priest and professor of Theology in Bjelovar who insisted that all Serbs in Croatia must be executed. Ruthlessly promoted hatred toward Serbs, especially toward Serbian Orthodox priests. He was later promoted to the position of instructor at the military school in Zagreb, where he worked more closely with Archbishop Stepinac and continued to promote hatred toward the Serbs.

Catholic priest from the Monastery of Gorica, near Livno. About twenty friars from this monastery participated with Peric in slaughtering about 5,000 Serbs from the Livno area. Dr. Peric first arrested the Serbian men from Livno and took them to the Koprivnica, between Bugojno and Rupres. He had them brutalized and executed. Some were tortured to death. He then arrested their mothers, wives, and children and ended their lives in the same way. The women were raped, their breasts were cut off—children were dismembered and their eyes were gouged out. The killers then cut off the heads of the children and threw them into the laps of their distraught mothers who screamed for mercy—their anguished cries encouraged further violence until they were slaughtered.

Franciscan priest who murdered Serbian Orthodox priest Djordje Bogic of Nasice after nailing him to a tree and pulled out his beard and ripped skin from his body torturing him to death. He cut off Bogic’s nose and tongue, then cut him open the full length of his stomach and wrapped his intestines around his neck. Fascist Ante Pavelic decorated him.

In the Germany - 1933 Wikipedia page someone removed (or completely omitted) the entry for July 20 which is when the concordat between Nazi Germany and the Holy See was signed (and ratified Sept 10). I opened a wikipedia account and added it back. We'll see if it stays. Wikipedia also cropped two people out of the official picture of the signing of the Reichskonkordat. Here is the image (I added the two missing on the right of the image in the red circle).

wiki censorship
I also updated my Alberto Rivera page.

I am a former Catholic. That makes me an eligible neutral opinion on matters regarding the Catholic "church". Yet my wikipedia edits are suppressed while a Knight of Columbus' edits are allowed. For 8 years now wikipedia has censored Alberto Rivera's Spanish/Jesuit ID. Why. Because some Catholics decided he wasn't really a Jesuit? Because Gary Metz (a relative unknown who is most likely a low level CIA agent), wrote an article with NOT ONE document to prove Alberto was never a Jesuit? Now they have changed Alberto's wikipage to "Alberto Rivera (Activist)" and start the article calling him an "Anti-Catholic activist". Meanwhile there are old images available of him wearing priest clothes. These images are of Alberto BEFORE he claimed to be a born again Christian and former Jesuit priest. These images should not be suppressed. Meanwhile there isn't ONE document proving Raymond McGovern was ever really a CIA analyst but his wikipedia remains intact with all this undocumented claims (until today when I made an edit myself).

I've been working on my web site, making new graphics, studying a bunch of information on Vatican Nazi Germany etc. Staying busy like I have been since I got saved in 1997. I wish I could do it all but I can't. I'm swamped with work. I don't know how people can just sit around in a time like this. The most important thing is knowing God and staying busy. But I don't see a lot of workers out here in the field preaching sound doctrine and being a light in the darkness. If you're in a rut, study bible, pray, fast, sing hymns, listen to a gospel song. army trillions missing

US Army fudged its accounts by trillions of dollars, auditor finds

NEW YORK, Aug 19 (Reuters) - The United States Army's finances are so jumbled it had to make trillions of dollars of improper accounting adjustments to create an illusion that its books are balanced.

The Defense Department's Inspector General, in a June report, said the Army made $2.8 trillion in wrongful adjustments to accounting entries in one quarter alone in 2015, and $6.5 trillion for the year. Yet the Army lacked receipts and invoices to support those numbers or simply made them up.

As a result, the Army's financial statements for 2015 were "materially misstated," the report concluded. The "forced" adjustments rendered the statements useless because "DoD and Army managers could not rely on the data in their accounting systems when making management and resource decisions."

Disclosure of the Army's manipulation of numbers is the latest example of the severe accounting problems plaguing the Defense Department for decades.

The report affirms a 2013 Reuters series revealing how the Defense Department falsified accounting on a large scale as it scrambled to close its books. As a result, there has been no way to know how the Defense Department - far and away the biggest chunk of Congress' annual budget - spends the public's money.

The new report focused on the Army's General Fund, the bigger of its two main accounts, with assets of $282.6 billion in 2015. The Army lost or didn't keep required data, and much of the data it had was inaccurate, the IG said.

"Where is the money going? Nobody knows," said Franklin Spinney, a retired military analyst for the Pentagon and critic of Defense Department planning.

The significance of the accounting problem goes beyond mere concern for balancing books, Spinney said. Both presidential candidates have called for increasing defense spending amid current global tension.

An accurate accounting could reveal deeper problems in how the Defense Department spends its money. Its 2016 budget is $573 billion, more than half of the annual budget appropriated by Congress.

The Army account's errors will likely carry consequences for the entire Defense Department.

Congress set a September 30, 2017 deadline for the department to be prepared to undergo an audit. The Army accounting problems raise doubts about whether it can meet the deadline - a black mark for Defense, as every other federal agency undergoes an audit annually.

For years, the Inspector General - the Defense Department's official auditor - has inserted a disclaimer on all military annual reports. The accounting is so unreliable that "the basic financial statements may have undetected misstatements that are both material and pervasive."

In an e-mailed statement, a spokesman said the Army "remains committed to asserting audit readiness" by the deadline and is taking steps to root out the problems.

The spokesman downplayed the significance of the improper changes, which he said net out to $62.4 billion. "Though there is a high number of adjustments, we believe the financial statement information is more accurate than implied in this report," he said.

Jack Armstrong, a former Defense Inspector General official in charge of auditing the Army General Fund, said the same type of unjustified changes to Army financial statements already were being made when he retired in 2010.

The Army issues two types of reports - a budget report and a financial one. The budget one was completed first. Armstrong said he believes fudged numbers were inserted into the financial report to make the numbers match.

"They don't know what the heck the balances should be," Armstrong said.

Some employees of the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), which handles a wide range of Defense Department accounting services, referred sardonically to preparation of the Army's year-end statements as "the grand plug," Armstrong said. "Plug" is accounting jargon for inserting made-up numbers.

At first glance adjustments totaling trillions may seem impossible. The amounts dwarf the Defense Department's entire budget. Making changes to one account also require making changes to multiple levels of sub-accounts, however. That created a domino effect where, essentially, falsifications kept falling down the line. In many instances this daisy-chain was repeated multiple times for the same accounting item.

The IG report also blamed DFAS, saying it too made unjustified changes to numbers. For example, two DFAS computer systems showed different values of supplies for missiles and ammunition, the report noted - but rather than solving the disparity, DFAS personnel inserted a false "correction" to make the numbers match.

DFAS also could not make accurate year-end Army financial statements because more than 16,000 financial data files had vanished from its computer system. Faulty computer programming and employees' inability to detect the flaw were at fault, the IG said.

DFAS is studying the report "and has no comment at this time," a spokesman said. Link

Group raises awareness of alleged abuse at Fordham University, Fordham Prep

August 18, 2016 5:56 PM

People gathered at Fordham University and Fordham Prep on Thursday to raise awareness of the alleged abuse students have received from Jesuit priests and teachers over the years at the school. (8/18/16)

THE BRONX - People gathered at Fordham University and Fordham Prep on Thursday to raise awareness of the alleged abuse students have received from Jesuit priests and teachers over the years at the school.

Organizers of the nonprofit Road To Recovery passed out fliers with information about several issues that have taken place, including a man who came out about his alleged abuse in 1974 and has since received a private apology from the order.

Neal Gumple says since coming out two years ago, he has faced ridicule that has deeply impacted his personal life. He now wants the Northeast Province of Jesuits to make a public apology and do more to help victims.

The gathering comes after other students came forward to accuse teacher Fernand Beck of sexual abuse.

News 12 The Bronx was told by people at the event that two more former students of Fordham Prep came forward claiming they were also sexually abused by Beck.

Gumple says he hopes he can be a voice for other victims and stop sexual abuse from happening again.

In a pair of statements, Fordham Prep says it does not tolerate any case of sexual misconduct or inappropriate teacher-student relationships, while the Northeast Province of the Society of Jesus says it is aware of the allegations and will help with the healing process.

"This article by Think Progress points out the fallacy of this claim. Obama just signed a $1 billion no-bid contract for a private prison. The article describes the incarceration of human beings for profit as "human trafficking" and it makes sense as an argument. This practice is disgusting and needs to end now. If only this announcement were actually true and effective, rather than mostly symbolic and not meaningful at all, like much of what else Obama's administration has done for the last 8 years. I knew there was no way they were going to give up that much money that easily. It was too good to be true." See More
