The Power from on High
Acts 2:38 - "Then Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
The POWER of GOD in Christ. The WHOLE purpose of Christ's coming to this world. So we may be WITNESSES of God's LOVE through FAITH and FELLOWSHIP with HIM. God is LOVE and He imparts Himself to us Through Jesus. SIN cannot enter heaven so we must strive for perfection with all our heart. And be in that repetitive place of God revealing to us and us understanding our faults and confessing TO GOD our faults and weaknesses and sins of ignorance so He may constantly wash us in His blood and give us grace. This is how we grow in Christ.
And by His Spirit we can and must force our thoughts to be in tune with God's Word (2 Corinthians 10:5). If our thoughts are in tune, then our words and bodies will be in tune with God's Word. And this is all pleasant as Christ promised us; "My yoke is pleasant and my burden is light..." (Matthew 11:30)
Jesus is the Truth and He will indeed set you free from all spiritual bondage. And once you are on this strait and narrow way, you will understand there are NO contradictions in God's Word. And He will fill you with more faith, power, understanding and love, all the time. The peace, power and sound mind through faith in Christ are real. All you have to do is read the gospels and if you hear, believe and understand with your heart what He did for you:

1. That Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for YOU. That He took upon Himself the penalty for your sins. And which is often referred to as a "cleansing of sin" through faith in His blood which He shed and He continuously cleanses us as we walk after Him with all our heart. 1 John 1:7 - Not sins unto death! Only sins NOT unto death ie sins of ignorance vs wilfully sinning against God More on that)
2. And then Jesus enters our spirit (our heart) and gives us guidance which in turn, causes our sanctification. ("...without which no one will see the Lord." Hebrews 12:14). Also called the "baptism in fire." He says, "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear My voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me." Revelation 3:20
This do, and seek and not be discouraged. He says "knock, seek, ask" (repetitively until He answers you) and He promises to answer you. "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you: For everyone that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened." Luke 9-13
EVERYONE that asks (sincerely) and doesn't give up. That includes YOU.
He says even evil people know how to give good gifts to their children and loved ones.
"..How much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" Luke 11:13b
So we may be guided by Him (through the repetitive acknowledging Him in all our ways and GOD directing our paths. Proverbs 3:6) And in doing so, bearing much fruit by bringing others into the TRUE knowledge of God. The gospel of Power in Jesus Christ our Savior Amen
"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit." ~Romans 15:13
And I pray God touch your being with His reality. And that He moves on your hearts and pushes you into greater understanding of WHO He is so we may have much comfort and joy. This is the good news, glad tidings, and the gospel of Christ. God's free gift to the world, out of His love which surpasses knowledge. In Jesus' Name I pray. That means in the NAME GOD has given Him. The Reputation and Authority of the Son of God, Yeshua the Anointed One. The Name above every name. The Name who has accomplished God's will and all we read about in Scripture.
He is stretching out His hand to us that we may stretch out ours too so He will take hold of us and pull us out of all misery and weakness and spiritual confusion and onto solid ground and fullness of joy in the eternal kingdom of God through Christ as promised us in Holy Scripture.

You can be saved!
God loves the people in the world so much that He came down to die for us. If God is opening your heart to His message and you feel convicted for your sins which have separated you from a holy God and you feel the need to be forgiven, then say this prayer. This is how I was powerfully converted to the Christ in 1997!
Say, "My Lord and my God, have mercy on me, a sinner. I believe Jesus the Christ died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. I believe Jesus raised from the dead and ascended into heaven and is now on the right-hand side of God listening to this prayer. I open up the door of my heart and I invite You in, Lord Jesus. Thank you, God, for saving my soul and I vow to serve you with all my heart which is the first and greatest commandment. Amen."
