Perfection. It's Commanded

The Lord through His Word has brought us a message on perfection.

It's incredible because perfection is actually achievable through the Lord, matter of fact it's commanded and I have many Scriptures to back this up. So Hear me out.....

First of all I would like to start by saying that no prophet or apostle or true teacher of God ever condoned [wilfull] sinning and said that we can sin [wilfully] and be a Christian and I have many Scriptures to back this up as well.

Jude said that evil men would be among us "Turning the grace of God into lasciviousness." (Jude 4). These evil men come in the form of godly ministers throughout the entire world and the world is deceived by these false ministers. This doctrine is overwhelmingly in the world and has been embraced by people who have never known God and are deep into sin and admittingly so.

With this doctrine being preached to the world there is no reason to turn from sin because, again, these ministers "Turn the grace of God into (a license for) lasciviousness."

I have encountered so many people who bring up the Scriptures where the apostle Paul is talking about the weakness of the flesh but if you read on he ALWAYS continues to say that through Christ we have victory over the flesh.

There is not ONE place that you can show me where The powerful and chosen in God apostle Paul says you can sin and go to heaven. The apostle Peter spoke of the people who would twist Paul's writings. They were twisting Paul's writings immediately and the Apostle Peter words it like this: "And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other Scriptures, unto their own destruction." (2 Peter 3:15, 16) Faith means believing that God can make you perfect through His power within you (Eph 2:5).

Christ in the book of Revelation gives a mighty warning regarding this:
"Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God." (Revelation 3:2) Jesus continues to say in verse 3 that they had better repent. Read it for yourself.

This is a warning from God Himself to the churches in the last days.
The first thing you may say to me is "Are you perfect?" and I would answer: "No" but I do know that through Christ I can and WILL attain perfection.

"The path of the just is as the shining light that shineth more and more unto the perfect day." (Proverbs 4:18) "Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined." Psalm 50:2

What I am preaching to you is faith that through God these things are attainable to mankind. I will not limit God, I will not frustrate the grace of God, for with God "Nothing shall be impossible." -Luke 1:37-
This is the where the joy comes from, knowing that God in you can overcome any obstacle and weakness. This is the meaning of the Scripture "The joy of the Lord is our strength." Nehemiah 8:10

This is about growth my friends, the apostle Peter said "Grow in grace" (2 Peter 3:18) and Paul prayed for "Even their perfection" 2 Cor 13:9. The apostle Paul knew it was attainable. He wasn't just hoping, he brought it before God in prayer because He knew it was attainable and required! Christ said "Be ye perfect even as your Father which is heaven is perfect." (Matthew 5:18)

Who will you decide to believe? The false ministers who say basically that it's ok to defy God (as Eve did) or what Christ said "If you love me keep my commandments." (John 14:15) and "I am your friends IF you do whatsoever I command you." (John 15:14)

This is the straight gate that we have to enter in. What would the apostle Paul be talking about when he said "Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears."?

He was talking about how grievous wolves shall enter in among you speaking perverse things and drawing away disciples after them. (Acts 20:29, 30) "Turning the grace of God into lasciviousness" Paul says that this WILL happen. These wicked evildoers WILL be amongst us!

The apostle Paul says that in the last days will be perilous times. 2 Tim 3:1 "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse deceiving and being deceived" 2 Tim 3:13) "Even the elect if possible" as Christ warned. The Apostle Paul said "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" (2 cor 13:5)

Oh people if you would only see the power and glory of the almighty God through Jesus Christ.

"Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?" (Isaiah 53) To whom is the power of God and the understanding of walking in all the ways of the Lord through faith in Jesus Christ revealed?

Who will enter into this new covenant, who will believe God? "For with God nothing shall be impossible" God who separated the red sea, who formed the earth and sun and moon shall He not keep us holy by His own power?

"Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD." (Jer 17:5) Put your faith in God and know that through Christ perfection IS attainable.

"Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:" Isaiah 26:4

I'm not setting you up for failure, I'm setting you up for success and when you understand this you will understand the Prince of Peace, you will know true joy and happiness that far surpasses the imagination, that you never thought was possible.

"Joy unspeakable and full of glory, full of glory, full of glory."!!!

"For with God nothing shall be impossible" The old Testament Prophets spoke of this day.

One of my favorite Scriptures that I hold so dearly in my mind and heart is something Christ said through the prophet Ezekiel. It's Ezekiel 36:25 - 27 but I will accent one verse which says, "And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall shall keep my judgments and do them."

Just think about this. You are saved by believing this Scripture because you are saved by faith in every Word of God and this is the most important one I believe because this was the whole purpose of Christ's coming was so that we would walk in all the ways of the Lord through faith in “THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” Jer 23:6.

As the father of John the baptist prophesied before all the people in Luke 1:67 - 75. Zecharias said that we "...might serve Him without fear, In holiness and righteousness before Him ALL THE DAYS OF OUR LIFE. Study the Bible everyone and see for yourself. King David said, "God is my strength and power: and He maketh my way perfect." 2 Sam 22:33. Growth to perfection. Know this and cleave unto this that WE CAN grow to perfection.

"He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also give us all things?"

"This is the love of God, that we keep His commandments: and His commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith."(1 John 5:3, 4)

"Even our FAITH."!! That we are "More than conquerors THROUGH HIM that loved us." Romans 8:37 "And this IS the LOVE of GOD, THAT WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS." And they are not grievous because we have the power of the mighty God within us and with God nothing shall be impossible. Christ said, "Ye shall receive POWER after that the Holy Spirit has come upon you... and ye shall be my witnesses unto the uttermost part of the earth". Acts 1:7 Witnesses of what? Of God's power not man's weakness. Where's the power people? In Christ!

"But as many as received Him, to them gave He POWER to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name." John 1:12 Yeshua Hamashiach, the Christ, the Messiah or anointed One, the One who anoints with His power and God's actual life which is synonymous.
But to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? And who will believe our report?

Because Christ poured out His soul unto death and the Lord hath laid the iniquity of us all on Christ and He was wounded for our transgressions, GET THIS, last verse of Isaiah 53: “Therefore will I divide Him (Christ) a portion with the great (God), and He (Christ and God) shall divide the spoil with the strong;...” The strong are those who believe in the overcoming mighty power of God through Christ.
As the Lord says we are joint heirs with Christ and heirs of everything God has. Romans 8:17

"Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think ACCORDING TO THE POWER THAT WORKETH IN US," Eph 3:20

Let me pose a question to the inhabitants of the world right now. Explain this to me how could Christ on two separate occasions in Scripture command someone to "Go and sin no more" (John 5:14 and 8:10) if it were not possible? Make your decision now. Who will you believe?

The apostle Paul who said "Be perfect" 2 Cor 13:10 or are you wiser than him and believe that you don't and cannot be perfect? Do you think yourself wiser than God Himself?
